Kopandy Pty Ltd has carried out numerous residential, commercial, industrial and civil projects, built on its solid 20 years establishment in the city of Newcastle. The company's strength is its professionally based technical and management skills and a professional committment to technical quality. The scarcity of quality contractors who could be trusted to complete the work in a technically satisfactory and timely manner resulted in Kopandy undertaking the more difficult aspects of contract work by direct control. We pride ourself on our strong emphasis on planning and attention to detail. The experience and knowledge of key personnel facilitates an efficient and trouble-free operation from start to finish. Kopandy is a skilled professional organisation with a predominantly tertiary trained management team which wins 95% of its work by competitive tender. We do not advertise but exist solely on recommendations from past clients and architects. Kopandy are registered under the "Greensmart" conditions and are a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA). Kopandy is a prize winning builder which offers free site inspections, free quotes and free site appraisals.
